The innovative Slovenian company Bisol from Latkova vas is one of the oldest and largest European producers of solar panels for solar power plants. More than a hundred countries already produce electricity from their panels. Now they have been installed in Antarctica.

Bisol has been in business for almost twenty years. Now, with the donation of solar modules, which, due to advanced technology and the highest standards of production quality, belong to the very top of the world, he has made his way to Antarctica. Bisol supported the efforts of the Brussels-based International Polar Foundation. With the help of many partners and the state support of Belgium, it designed and built the first carbon-free polar research station Princess Elisabeth Antarctica.
