The Summer School of Slovene language for Children and Adolescents is an organized form of language learning and learning about Slovenian culture, intended for young people of Slovene origin living abroad.

The school is co-financed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport and organized by the National Education Institute and the Center for School and Extracurricular Activities.

In the morning, the participants learn Slovene, and in the afternoons and weekends, the creative, sports and other social activities are organised, where all get to know the characteristics of Slovenia and its regions. The school begins with an introductory meeting for participants and their parents and ends with a cultural program and the awarding of certificates to participants.
